  10. This is neat! In @kit you can A/B test newsletter subjects. It will send to a subset of users and see which subject performs better. Then, after 240min it determines the winner and sends the rest. Perfect for Black Friday mails 💪

  14. Next Ad experiment will be YouTube. Our stats show that YT is top 3 how people find us. I wanted something very short, explains the tool, looks like UGC, and is just a little "unrefined" and "just getting to the point". We'll try a ~$300 budget.   16. We did a marketing experiment for Stagetimer on Facebook with different ad creatives. €148 EUR spent, 981 clicks, not a single purchase. Cost per click is cheap. But Facebook seems the wrong platform for B2B. Maybe a good marketer could have done better, but results are awful.

  24. One of my biggest mistakes is over-engineering the edge cases. It's the last 20% that take 80% of the time. What I've learned over the years: Just let the edge cases break and then listen to user feedback. Ask what they expect to happen, it's often simpler than you thought.

  26. One can't build a sustainable SaaS with high churn. <3% is healthy, even <5% is okay. 12% was way too high. Now Stagetimer is down to 2.1%, I'm proud of it. It means our subscription offer fits the user needs. We asked how clients use our Product. Then fit pricing to it.

  31. This is an AI tool I'm prototyping to help me loose weight. I'm down to 99.3 kg from 103 kg on September 2. That's 0.57 kg weight loss per week. It's sustainable, no going hungry, still going out, no crazy keto stuff or whatever. Super happy with it.
