This is neat! In @kit you can A/B test newsletter subjects. It will send to a subset of users and see which subject performs better. Then, after 240min it determines the winner and sends the rest. Perfect for Black Friday mails 💪

One of my biggest mistakes is over-engineering the edge cases. It's the last 20% that take 80% of the time. What I've learned over the years: Just let the edge cases break and then listen to user feedback. Ask what they expect to happen, it's often simpler than you thought.
