  1. Last year my churn was very high, up to 12%. 😱 I needed over $1000 new MRR / month just to keep up. So one day I decided to do something about it. I removed the monthly plan. Many users only need it for one event. Now they use a one-time 30d license. Churn went down to 6%.

      Customer service load was greatly reduced, so many "But I forgot to cancel 😭" messages before. Topline revenue went up! Subscription is not the only way to monetize a SaaS.
