      @dqmonn Don't do it. I had an Estonian company as a German. Tax authorities consider your tax residency where you reside 180+ days of the year. If you are a sole proprietor or majority owner of a company (US LLC, UK Limited, doesn't matter), then it is considered to have a branch...

    @dqmonn ...in Germany and is taxed there anyway + you have to do accounting twice! If you are a German living in Germany, start a company in Germany. Period.
