    Audience Reacts serves 2 purposes: 1. As a lead magnet. A free tool leading people to Stagetimer 2. As a MVP for a new product While a launch is exciting, the real test is if we get traffic during the coming weeks and months.

      As a next step I'll build more features of this potential product as free lead magnet apps. Why? 1. To test if it's useful to people 2. And to experiment with solutions in code

        Why this elaborate process? Because I'm scratching other people's itches. I can't just rely on my own instincts. I need to test every assumption. And every test reveals key points I hadn't thought about.

          Why am I not scratching my own itch? As developers all our itches have been scratched. But in other industries there is so much low-hanging fruit ready for the picking. We just have to find it.
