            AI is all the hype. @damengchen will hit $1M revenue soon. His PDF.ai is growing like crazy. SiteGPT is making @pbteja1998 into Scrooge McDuck as I'm writing. Even @daniel_nguyenx is only talking about BoltAI now. Stagetimer's growth is slow, compared.

          So what was holding me back? The FOMO was overwhelming. I knew, sooner or later, I would give in. So I made a plan. I forced myself to only observe for a while.

        At first, products were simple shells around AI engines. photoai.com a wrapper for SD. copy.ai a wrapper for GPT-3. The market was immediately saturated and then overtaken by the engines themselves.

      Then the big brands launched their plugins. Notion, Intercom, Gmail, etc. So this was off the table too. But the best products aren't ChatGPT wrappers or big innovations. The best ideas are small innovations for already great products. So this is what I am going to do.

    I'm going to build a copy of knowledgebase.com Yes, you heard that right. I'm going to copy another product! Three reasons: 1. They already validated it 2. I can get "inspired" by their marketing copy and keywords 3. The market is big enough
