    @xAmanGupta 1. Ideally look for customers before the product is ready (free MVP, waitlist, community, testers). Build in the direction that brings value to customers. Then find your first customers directly (Twitter, Reddit, Discord communities, FB groups, PH). You'll always find some.

      @xAmanGupta 2. It's hard for a bootstrapped product to fail if you have customers and don't overspend. In the end it comes down to how much time you dedicate to it. Some grow slow, some grow fast. Founders shut down a product if it's too slow or if they want to concentrate on smth else.
