      @robin_nomicly Defining the right customer segment was hard because of so many unknowns in the beginning. Then the marketing channel, we tried FB, YT sponsorship, print magazines and went to a trade show. Now we do Google Ads and SEO mainly.

    @robin_nomicly Another is the requirement for sub-second response time across multiple servers. Out tool is used during live productions for timing. That kept me up a few nights.
