@kasperkamperman With enterprise everything depends. They usually ask us to go through their procurement company, and always have their own terms (which are fairly standard). We haven't been asked for SLA yet. Enterprise is not majority revenue, so we're not dependent.On twitter.com

@kasperkamperman Govt. usually have anti-corruption laws, so they require an offer and can't just buy. Then they have very bureaucratic ways to submit your invoice to get paid. Other than that no hassle.Permalink On twitter.com
